The ORC works in the same manner as a Steam Rankine Cycle, with an exception that a lower boiling organic working fluid is used instead of water to capture lower temperature heat source. Higher energy efficiency is thus achieved. The system, which can take waste heat from different processes and application, is used in the industrial, marine and power generation sectors.
Pairing up with our gen-sets, the ORC systems use engine’s exhaust gases and cooling water to generate extra power. This combination helps you achieve optimal electricity generation.

70 ORC modules are installed to recover the waste heat from natural gas engines for further power generation.

The project are equipped with 900kW ORC modules and commenced operation in December 2020.
