VPower Group celebrates the grand opening of its first DPG station investment project in Latin America


On 28 November 2017, Peru Time, the grand opening ceremony of the first DPG station investment project of VPower Group International Holdings Limited (VPower Group) in Latin America was held at the site area in Iquitos, Peru. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Peruvian government and attracted extensive attention by the local media. Together, they witnessed the significant development progress of the city.

The recently commenced 80 MW HFO-fired DPG station will help the isolated city to connect to the rest of the nation, benefiting more than 400,000 inhabitants in the area.


VPower Group’s first DPG station investment in Latin America is located in Iquitos, the largest city of Peruvian Amazon.
